System Customisation

Carro has been built from the ground up using the knowledge of 24+ years system building and running in automotive CRM systems. What we learned over the years was that each dealer wants something different, they also want to give a good customer experience, and styling to reflect their company image in a product that will grow with them over time and never be out of date or obsolete.

With this in mind, we took a specific design approach that means we don't have a fixed look and feel for the system, we have a generic system look that we default for most of our dealers, but there are currently 5 other system templates to choose from, and you can easily add to them should you want to. We also allow you to change the company logo as a standard option, even on the most basic package to give it a look of a custom application in front of your customers, and we also allow you to change all the system icons should you so wish.

The system is built using an industry standard style sheet system called BootStrap. If you Google search "Bootstrap templates", you will see hundred of options that can be used to change the look and feel of Carro, so you will always have the same system functions and the same processes in place for years to come, yet still keep up to date with latest styling changes and updates to give the system you own look and feel should you wish to.

You can also change the layout as well, for example the default template has a menu on the left of the screen that opens and closes, you can change the template to have a top down menu, or a menu on the right, or a hidden menu that opens when you pass over it, see below for some examples of screens that are currently available using exactly the same code page, just a different Bootstrap template plugin for menu options, colours and icon sets.
