Our help system is also AI based and linked to our custom knowledgebase, so you can ask it how to do anything on the system 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it will help you through the process of doing what you need to do, we do also have UK based humans on our support desk during office hours if AI or searching documentation does not solve your query.

We link to various product videos for GAP / Supagard / GardX / Willams and others that can be played directly to the customer from the system whilst at your desk so you can upsell the additional products.
Electronic Document Tracking
We allow you to create your own documents that can be uploaded into the system for auto population with customer details or just scanned paper versions of any document can be uploaded and stored against the customer record for future reference. Our aim is to help you go as paperless as possible.

Carro has been designed to be dynamic in all ways, so you can customise the vehicle templates and data fields we store very easily to suit any vehicle type at no extra cost. We have already created vehicle templates for Car / Van / Bike / Motorhome / Truck / Tractor / Caravan / Plant Machinery. If you sell anything other than those vehicle type, or you produce custom vehicle, we can help, its a very quick process to create any new vehicle type template because at the end of the day, a motorbike has completely different vehicle data attributes to a truck, so why would expect them to hold the same values. This is one of the biggest selling points of Carro as no of our competitors off this unique service free to clients (or at all)
Cloud Hosted Solution / Security of your data
Carro is cloud hosted so there's no need for you to worry about services on your premises. We work with Amazon AWS and Digital Ocean as a primary and secondary hosting location to make sure we have full availability of the system at all times. Unlike other web service providers, we make sure all your data is secure and fully mirrored between our location so if 1 location should ever go down for any reason, we have a full up to the second copy in another datacenter in a different part of the country. We take data security very seriously and regularly perform penetration testing, where we pay a security specialist to try and hack into our system. By performing these regular tests, we protect your data to the highest standards the industry has to offer.
