How does it work?
How do I set this up at my dealership?
Our AI sales person can work with any existing system in place at your dealership — there's no equipment needed or difficult setup. It's all been designed to be put in place quickly by you.

Sign up and provide information
Sign up to the system and give us information about your dealership. If you use Autotrader UK, give us your DID number so we can access your stock vehicles to add to the AI agent's knowledgebase.

Get your number and set up diversion
We issue you with a phone number that connects to the AI agent. Tell your phone system to divert calls to it when busy, unanswered, or outside opening hours — usually done through a web interface.

Start receiving calls and transcripts
Customers who call get diverted to your AI agent. After each call we email you a full transcript — or your showroom/DMS system can receive the data as machine-readable JSON at no extra cost.
