Our latest offering is an AI sales person that can answer the phone when your busy, or when the dealerhsip is closed. More and more people are now searching the internet late at night when they have time after work to look for a new vehicle to purchase, but the dealers are closed.
Alex our AI agent can answer the phone for you, give information about your dealership and any vehicles you have in stock, and book appointments for things like test drives or viewings and capture the customers contact details 24 hours a day.
A sales person is good at what they do, and this is not designed to replace them, but they can't be available 24 hours a day. But AI can, so why not let our virtual sales person take the call when your not able to.

How do I set this up at my dealership?
Our AI sales person can work with any existing system in place at your dealership, there's no equipment needed or difficult setup. Its all been designed to be put in place quickly by you.
Step 1 : Sign up to the system and give us information about your dealership and if you use Autotrader UK, give us your DID number so we can access your stock vehicles to add to your knowledgebase files for the AI agent to use during a conversation
Step 2 : We issue you with a phone number that connects to the AI agent. You have to tell your phone system to divert calls to that number when its busy or calls are going unanswered or its outside dealership opening hours. On most phone systems this can be done through a web interface.
Step 3 : A customer then calls up and gets diverted to your AI agent. Once a call has completed, we will email you a copy of the transcript listing out everything thats been said by both parties. Alternatively your showroom or DMS system can have the data sent to them in a machine readable JSON format at not extra cost.
Step 4 : You contact the customer and sell more vehicles!
Our AI agents are programmed via a prompt script, so we can make they say anything you want when the call starts, and also act a certain way and style during the conversation, and also qualify customers by pushing certain questions if you ask that of them. We can program them to act however you want to represent your dealership.
